1. What is happening to my Fanatics account?

In the coming weeks, we are upgrading all Fanatics accounts to our new Fanatics ONE account, which features a unified login experience across Fanatics experiences and automatic enrollment in the Fanatics ONE loyalty program. See here for more.

2. Do I need to do anything now?

We encourage you to read more about the Fanatics ONE program benefits and terms. By continuing with your Fanatics ONE account, you are opting in to the loyalty program rewards and benefits, acknowledging the applicable Privacy Policy and Financial Incentive Notice, and agreeing to the applicable Program Terms and Terms of Use. You can opt out at any time by deleting your account or updating your data preferences in each app or site. Don’t worry, you can still shop on Fanatics.com as a guest.

3. What will change for me?

After the change, the next time you log in you’ll be prompted to confirm your email and create a new password. After this quick step, you’ll continue to access all your existing account features as usual. You will also be automatically enrolled in the Fanatics ONE loyalty program. See here for more.

4. Do I need to login to purchase on Fanatics?

You can purchase on Fanatics sites both as a guest user and by logging into your account.

5. Will my login details change?

You’ll use your existing email address but will be prompted to create a new password after confirming your email during your first login following the upgrade.

6. Can I use my Fanatics login for other Fanatics apps or sites?

Yes, after the upgrade, you’ll be able to use the same email and password to sign into  the Fanatics experiences participating in Fanatics ONE.

7. What is Fanatics ONE?

Fanatics ONE is Fanatics’ loyalty program that rewards sports and entertainment fans for their engagement across the Fanatics ecosystem. Members can earn FanCash and tier points for their activity. As you earn tier points, you can progress up tiers and unlock exclusive benefits and experiences. You can review additional information here.

8. Can I opt-out of the update?

You can opt out of the update by clicking the link provided in your email.

9. What happens if I have different accounts across Fanatics ONE powered sites using the same email? 

This isn't a problem at all - in fact, this is exactly what Fanatics ONE is designed to solve! All Fanatics sites that support Fanatics ONE will allow you to log in with the same email and password. 

10. What happens if I use different email addresses on Fanatics ONE powered sites? 

If you have an existing Fanatics ONE account with a different email, a new Fanatics ONE account will be created using this email. You should choose which Fanatics ONE account will be your primary account for logging into the Fanatics Ecosystem.

11. Will I need to log in again switching between Fanatics ONE powered sites?

You may still need to log in when switching between different Fanatics ONE powered sites. However, the great news is that your Fanatics  ONE account uses the same email and password across all Fanatics ONE-enabled sites.

12. Which websites and apps will support the Fanatics ONE account?

Several Fanatics and affiliate websites support Fanatics ONE accounts including Fanatics.com, Steiner, Fanatics Authentic, Topps.com, Fanaticscollect.comFanatics.live and the Fanatics Sportsbook apps.

13. Will I need to use my Fanatics ONE account on nflshop.com or store.nba.com

No, for now, you should continue to login with your email and password that you have used in the past for these sites.
