The 18-year-old Lafrenire at the time was leading the QMJHL with 112 points (35 goals, 77 assists) in 52 games when the season was halted due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Lafrenire had 114 goals, 183 assists and 297 points in 173 games over three seasons with Rimouski. Lafrenire earned CHL Rookie of the Year honors in 2017-18 and CHL Player of the Year honors last season. He joined Sidney Crosby as two-time winners when he won the award a second time in 2019-20. These two are the only players to ever win back-to-back QMJHL MVPs.This designed piece, which includes a pair of images right after Lafrenire was drafted by the Rangers, is also framed. It's finished with a black suede mat and black wood frame. Lafrenire has autographed this "Draft Day" 20x24 designed image in black paint pen. His signature is deemed authentic by virtue of Upper Deck Authenticated's Five-Step Process.
