Returns & Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receipt of the item. A full refund will be issued if the item is received damaged. In any other return situation, a store credit will be issued. If the item is damaged, HollywoodMemorabilia.com will pay for all shipping return costs and shipping costs of the new item. If the item is not damaged, shipping costs are assumed by the customer. Please contact us at sales@hollywoodmemorabilia.com for an authorization number and address for returns.
