The role of Wyatt Earp is played by Kurt Russell. He plays the role of a police officer who has retired. He still has his grand reputation as a very efficient police officer. Wyatt and his brothers Virgil and Morgan reunite in the town of Arizona. Together they start to venture towards a small town which is known as Tombstone. All of them wish to settle down in the town which is gaining popularity for its mines. In the town also Wyatt gets a pleasant surprise as he encounters his long time friend Doc Holliday. Doc is an expert gambler and reckons that due to his ill health he has shifted to Arizona’s dry climate. The story unfolds to relate how in the small town also feuds occur and in the end Doc dies and Wyatt gets married to another woman but dies eventually.
