The Hurt Locker was released in September 4, 2008. It is an American War film showing the incidents of war between United States Army and the Iraq. Kathryn Bigelow was the director and Mark Boal had written the screenplay. Mark Boal is a freelance writer who was appointed as a journalist with US bomb squad during 2004 in Iraq. The story moves round three men played by Jeremy Renner as leader of the EOD squad, Brian Geraghty and Anthony Mackie being the members of the squad. They belong to EOD (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) and they cross-places defusing bombs, fight against rebellions and overcome all the chaotic situations.
The movie was filmed in Jordan that is few miles away from Iraq...
