Also introduced on the film is the hit song Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah who won the Academy Award for Best Song in 1947 and was further used by Disney on their other musical theme productions. The film was a big success to Disney grossing $3.3 million at the box office.

She realized that Hannah Montana is now taking her life as Miley. Eventually, she revealed her secret to the public but her fans supported her to continue being Hannah Montana. Miley Stewart/Hannah Montana was played by actress Miley Cyrus who won as Favorite Movie Actress by Kids' Choice Awards and Favorite Breakout Movie Actress by People’s Choice Awards.
