This movie starts in the era of Elizabethan just before the death of Queen Elizabeth I. On her death bed itself she gives a large tract of land to the young man named Orlando and took a promise that “Do not witter, do not grow old and do not fade.” He and his heirs can keep the land forever and inheritance. Orlando keeps his promise and after the death of queen he lives in the castle only. He lived there for many centuries and during that time he fulfills his interests in art and the poetry. This movie becomes more interesting after this. According to the reviews this movie was one of the good movies of that time and is liked by the people a lot. Here the Role of Queen Elizabeth was played by Quentin Crisp, Billy Zane as Marmaduke Bonthrop.
