The plot of the story is – This movie centers on Benjamin Franklin Gates played by Nicolas Cage, who is a historian and a n amateur cryptology with an engineering degree from the MIT and also having an American history degree from the University of the Georgetown. He believes that Founding father of the United States hided gold and the treasure trove of the artifacts and comes for hunting that. The first clue for that was given by his great grandfather Thomas Gates (this character was played by Jason Earles) in the 1832 through the last living singer of the declaration of the Independence Charles Charroll, saying that “The secret lies with the Charlotte”. Ben gets this clue by his grandfather in the year 1974, John Adams Gates. Though John is too old go on search now and Ben's father also stops searching now so Ben promised his grandfather that he will go for treasure hunting and follow the tradition of the family. The role of the John Adams Gates was played by the actor Christopher Plummer and Patrik Henry gate's (Ben's Father) was played by Jon Voight. This is the wonderful adventure drama available in the series I, II and III.
