Airport was an American film shown in 1970 that starred Dean Martin and Burt Lancaster. The film was entirely based in the novel of Arthur Hailey way back in 1968. Surprisingly, the film earned almost $100,500,000. The story focuses on a manager of an airport who merely tries to open his airport on a snow storm. It was then that an unexpected blow up occurs on an airliner.
Nevertheless, the film was directed and written by the famous George Seaton. Ernest Laszlo and Henry Hathaway were two of his assistants that photographed the film. Additionally, the film entirely had its cost of about $10 million.
