42nd Street is an American musical film in 1933 that is released by Warner Bros. Its director was Lloyd Bacon, while Busby Berkeley was the choreographer. Its official song was written by Al Dublin and Harry Warren. Furthermore, James Seymour and Rian James are responsible for its script. Whitney Bolton was unaccredited from the novel of Bradford Ropes.
Furthermore, the film was set in the backstage musical and became successful in the box office. It was also nominated for being the Best Picture in the Academy Award in 1934. In 1998, it was also selected and preserved in the National Film Registry of the United States for being “historically, culturally and aesthetically significant”. It was in 2006 that the film is ranked as the 13th on the list of the best musicals in the American Film Institute....
