Movie Props Becoming a Rarity
With the growing use of computer-generated imagery (CGI) in film making, is the future of auction houses that sell Hollywood props in danger? These days, CGI is increasingly prevalent in films while traditional effects are more often abandoned. If the trend continues as it likely will, props will become more rare and valuable. However, actors are still a necessity and movie memorabilia fans can still find autographed celebrity photos and other collectibles.
