Sue Lloyd is a British actress and former model who had notable appearances in various films and television series. She was born in Aldeburgh, Suffolk on August 7, 1939. At the age of 11, she attended Ballet School of Sadler's Wells in Rosebery Avenue, Clerkenwell.
Lloyd started her career as a ballet dancer. However, when she reached 5’8” height, her chance in that career decreased. She later turned into a chorus girl and then, a showgirl. She also had some modeling assignments after that.

In 1961, Lloyd had her first television appearance through British TV series, The Avengers. The following year, she also appeared in the long-running television series The Saint, which also starred Roger Moore with the Moore, Roger The Spy Who Loved Me 1997. Her remarkable portrayals in the two series led her to be a part of another series, The Baron in 1966.
Aside from her TV appearances, Lloyd also became a part of espionage tales in film, including “The Ipcress File” in 1965, “No. 1 of the Secret Service” in 1977, “Revenge of the Pink Panther” in 1978. He also co-starred with Lloyd Bridges and Andrew Keir in the 1968 war film “Attack on the Iron Coast”.
In the stage version of The Avengers, she played Hannah Wild, a sexy secret agent. For about one decade, Lloyd alternated between TV and film projects. She had simple yet remarkable roles in Joan Collins films, including The Stud in 1978 and The Bitch in 1979. Lloyd had a cameo role in 1995 made-for-television film Bullet to Beijing, where Michael Caine played as private investigator Harry Palmer.
Lloyd became a close friend of actor Ronald Allen who portrayed her husband in Crossroads. In 1991, they married, but Allen died after a few months due to cancer.
