About Jon Bon Jovi Autographed Memorabilia & Collectibles
Hailed as “Sexiest Rock Star” by People Magazine in 2000, Jon Bon Jovi rocked our world by his greatest hits like “It’s my Life”, “Livin’ On a Prayer”, “Bed of Roses”, and “Bad Medicine”, to name a few. He was the founder and lead singer of the band Bon Jovi which was formed in 1984 with the original band members Richie Sambora, David Bryan, Tico Torres and Alec John Such. Their first self-entitled album “Bon Jovi” was released on January 21, 1984 and went gold upon its release with over 500,000 copies sold in US. By the following year a follow-up album entitled “7800 degrees Fahrenheit” was released, but unfortunately it was not as successful as the first one. With the effort of their new songwriter Desmond Child, the band’s third album “Slippery When Wet” was a major hit and has sold of almost 28 million copies worldwide since 1986. The third album features the hit songs “You Give Love a Bad Name”, “Livin’ on a Prayer”, Wanted Dead or Alive”, “Raise Your Hands”, and “Never Said Goodbye” among the ten tracks. After two years, they released another album “New Jersey” as their fourth offering and were a huge commercial success with the hit songs “Bad Medicine” and I’ll Be There for You”. Since then, the band Bon Jovi gained a worldwide fame as a rock band favorite.
But Jon is not only a rock star, he’s also an actor. According to sources, he had a supporting role in the dramatic film “Pay it Forward” starred by Kevin Spacey, Helen Hunt, and Haley Joel Osment. He also acted as The Painter in the movie “Moonlight and Valentino” with big stars Elizabeth Perkins, Whoopi Goldberg, and Gwyneth Paltrow. He’s the leading man in the 1996 film “Leading Man” and also worked with Penelope Ann Miller and Josh Charles in the 1997 comedy romance film “Little City”. We stock much more music memorabilia such as the Grateful Dead memorabilia and Johnny Cash memorabilia.
