About Christian Bale Memorabilia & Collectibles
Christian Bale started his Hollywood acting career at the age of 13 in the heart rending tale of a child separated from his parents and immersed in the effects of World War II. In ‘Empire of the Sun’ he also got to work with talented actors like John Malkovich and Ben Stiller. Before that he acted in a couple of commercials as well as made a stage appearance.
In 1992, Bale acted in the Walt Disney musical ‘Newsies’ with Bill Pullman, Max Casella and Robert Duvall. The stars had to undergo martial arts training and dancing lessons before the filming of the movie, where they sang in their own voices.
